Quick Support Turnaround

Namespace: B2B
Where, and how, to get timely quality answers. Please feel free to edit or flesh.
Quick support turnaround is probably most important element of Building Developer Communities. After all, the first-time user's 90% use case is "I have a problem, I'm stuck, and I have questions". If this use case is well satisfied, then you have a much better chance of return visits, and to hook another member for the community.

Sorted in order of likelihood of quick success.

Most of the time VFP support is not due to a bug, but in a disconnect between what you need to do and how to do it. - CFK
Just want to say how pleased I am with Microsoft's support of Visual Foxpro. I reported a bug using the following link: Microsoft Visual FoxPro bug report and feedback yesterday. Got a reply today saying that the bug will be fixed in the SP1 release as well as a workaround that gets me going again. Now that is quick turnaround! -- Randy Jean
