A screen cast or VideoCast , as it's also called, is a way of demonstrating a product through captured screen video and audio.
See FoxPro Screen Casts for some screen casts of FoxPro related products and tools.
Here is a 'free' screencast recorder web site.

HyperCam is powerful video capture software that records AVI movies (screencam) directly from your monitor, for software presentations, software training, demos, tutorials, and fun! HyperCam supports text annotations, sound, and screen notes (great for creating automated software demos!). You can also select Frame rate and compression quality prior to video capture.
Current Release: HyperCam Ver. 2.11.00
The app seems to run for free forever, but mist be licensed to remvoe the hypercam logo from the video you create. Here is their URL.
Another screen capture utility is Wink. It can create Flash tutorials and presentations (great for bundling with your application help files), and it is distributed as freeware.
You can download it from http://www.debugmode.com/wink/

Another screen capture utility we use is Snag It. We use it more for stationary screen shots but I've also used it for video screen capture. You can record audio with the captures. It does a bunch of other things like capture scrolling windows into static images files, capture text from windows (although this doesn't work in VFP dialogs), capture all the iamges from a website, a COM object to allow automating alot of all that, and there are editing tools. Well worth the $40 they charge. There is a 30 day trial. See the Wiki topic for it for more info.
[nota bene - TechSmith also makes CamTasia - a mondo cool app with a 30 day trial for making FULL SCREEN video training William Sanders]
